I love this job, I get to meet the most amazing people. This week we hosted Ironman Andy who had just left us and then another hero popped along. This time it was Merv Howard a military veteran of 38 years who was raising money for Walking with the Wounded a mental health charity for service people, by cycling the entire coast of the UK. Merv enjoyed his short time with us, and has promised to return when hopefully I can pursuade him to give a talk on his adventures.
